1. General Refund Policy
Elite Business Exchange offers a variety of digital services and subscription plans. Refunds are not automatically provided and are considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are limited to specific scenarios outlined below and are subject to strict eligibility criteria. Refunds will not be granted if the user has downloaded any valuation reports, market analysis reports, or has listed any business on the platform.
2. Refund Eligibility for Subscription Services
Refunds may be requested under the following conditions:
- Technical Issues: If a technical issue on our end prevents you from accessing or using a core feature of the platform, and our technical team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund for that specific month’s subscription fee.
- Cancellation Within the First 7 Days: For new users, if you cancel your subscription within 7 days of the initial sign-up and **have not downloaded any reports or listed any business, you may request a full refund. Refunds will not be processed for cancellations made after this period.
- Service Downtime: If the platform experiences unexpected downtime that significantly impacts your ability to use the service for more than 48 hours consecutively, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund or extension of service, at the sole discretion of Elite Business Exchange.
3. Refunds for Annual and Prepaid Plans
- If you have subscribed to an annual or prepaid plan and wish to cancel, refunds are offered on a **pro-rata basis** for the unused portion of your subscription, less a 30% early termination fee, provided that no reports have been downloaded, and no business listings have been created or managed.
- Immediate Suspension of Services: Once a refund is processed, your access to the platform will be revoked immediately, and you will no longer be able to upload new listings, access any reports, or manage existing listings.
4. Inner Circle Program Refund Policy
The Inner Circle Program is a unique offering for early adopters who want to participate in shaping the future of Elite Business Exchange’s platform. Due to the nature of this program and the exclusive benefits offered, refunds are governed by the following conditions:
- Non-Refundable Membership Fee: The membership fee for the Inner Circle Program is non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Participation in this program is voluntary, and by joining, you acknowledge that you are accessing beta-phase features that may not be fully developed.
- Exception for Program Changes: If significant changes are made to the structure of the Inner Circle Program, resulting in a substantial reduction in the value of services offered, Elite Business Exchange may, at its discretion, offer a pro-rata refund or other compensation options.
- Suspension of Access: Once a refund is approved, all access to Inner Circle benefits, including exclusive beta testing, early access to new tools, and direct communication channels with the development team, will be immediately suspended.
5. Non-Refundable Services
The following products and services are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- One-time consulting services, training sessions, and premium marketing services.
- Any customized or white-label products or services specifically tailored to your business needs.
- Listings that have already been published on the platform and viewed by potential buyers.
- Reports, valuations, and market analysis once accessed through your account.
6. Refund Request Process**
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

7. Immediate Suspension of Access Upon Refund

- Access to Reports and Analysis: All valuation reports, market analysis, and industry insights will be restricted. You will not be able to access or download any previously generated reports.
- Listings: You will lose access to all existing listings. Any uploaded listings will be suspended, and no new listings will be allowed until a new subscription is purchased.
- Document Management: All document management capabilities will be immediately disabled, and any previously uploaded documents will be inaccessible.
- Communication Tools: Access to secure communication channels and buyer interaction features will be suspended.
8. Refund Payment Method
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used during the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we may issue a refund through an alternative method at our discretion.
